Wall / Deep Beams Analysis and Design
R/C BUILDING software offers the most advanced method to analyse and design walls acting as deep beams. These walls are commonly used in building design to carry the load from the upper floors. The new module analyses the walls with an internal finite element mesh, simultaneously considering in-plane (membrane) and out-of-plane (bending) actions. Once an analysis has been carried out, the user can evaluate the stresses and automatically deign the steel in the beep beams.
