 Support and Upgrade Policy

• Purchase price include one year support, and free upgrades.
• After the first year there is a yearly maintenance fee of approximately 10%~15% of the current software price, which covers support and upgrades.
• Existing users, which are not on the maintenance agreement may purchase new versions of the software for approximately 50% of the current software price.
